50% of your stay is required as deposit to hold the dates

Final 50% of your stay is required seven days before your checkin date.

If you should book and reserve, with a deposit, a stay...and need to cancel...we will do our best to rebook your visit for another time.

But if you have taken those dates (especially holidays/special weekends) off the market and then changed your mind, your deposit may be forfeited if we cannot rebook that stay for at least the same amount of money.
